Restrictions to your rights.

Requests may be declined if they are unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, or if we cannot authenticate your identity.

Sensitive Personal Information.

Under VCDPA, “sensitive” data includes racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health diagnosis, sexual orientation, citizenship/immigration status, genetic or biometric data for identification, and data from known children.

Use of our services by children.

A child is anyone under 13. Parents/legal guardians may exercise the child’s rights.

Appendix IV: Colorado Privacy Act (“CPA”).

Scope.

If you are a Colorado resident and we process Personal Information about you under the CPA, this Appendix applies.

We might not comply if we cannot authenticate your identity or if requests are unfounded/excessive/repetitive.

Includes racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, mental or physical health conditions, sex life or sexual orientation, citizenship/immigration status, genetic or biometric data.

A child is under 13. Processing is lawful if it meets COPPA requirements.

Appendix V: Connecticut Data Privacy Act (“CDPA”).

If you are an Argentina resident and we process data about you that is considered Personal Information under PDPA, this Appendix applies.

You have the rights in Section 7, plus:

  • Right to update/correct your Personal Information.
  • Right to request information from the supervisory authority about existing databases and data controllers.

We respond within 10 calendar days for access requests and 5 business days for rectification, update, or deletion requests.

Sensitive Personal Information.

Under PDPA, “sensitive” data reveals racial/ethnic origin, political opinions, religious/philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, or health/sex life data.

Use of our services by children.

A child is anyone under 18. Processing is lawful if the child can autonomously give consent under civil law or if the holder of parental responsibility consents.

Appendix VII: Utah Consumer Privacy Act (“UCPA”).

Scope.

If you are a Utah resident and we process Personal Information about you under UCPA, this Appendix applies once UCPA is in effect.
